The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales gala evening was the culmination of a year’s worth of work and endeavour for its many members. The evening was held in the Capitol Theatre building which added a unique atmosphere to the proceedings. Many VIP's attended the event including Low Yen Ling, Minister of Trade and Industry.
